At Baby Brezza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
